FP Photography – Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By paying for and/or using the studio space provided by FP Photography, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Studio Use

The Studio is to be used solely for the purpose agreed at the time of booking (e.g. filming a music video). Any other use must be approved in advance.

3. Hire Period

The Hirer must adhere to the agreed booking times. This includes setup and pack-down. Additional time may be charged if the Hirer exceeds the agreed booking period.

4. Payment

Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be made in advance to secure the booking. No access will be granted without payment.

 

5. Care of Studio & Equipment

• The Hirer agrees to take reasonable care of the Studio, fixtures, and any equipment.

• Any damage caused during the hire period must be reported immediately.

• The Hirer is liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items.

 

6. Moving Items & Resetting the Space

• Any furniture, props, or equipment moved during the hire must be returned to its original position before the end of the booking.

• The Studio must be left in the same condition it was found.

 

7. Cleanliness

• The Hirer must leave the Studio clean and tidy.

• All rubbish must be removed or disposed of appropriately.

• Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the Studio is left in an unacceptable condition.

 

8. Noise Levels

• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.

• Excessive noise or disturbance to neighbours or surrounding businesses is not permitted.

• FP Photography reserves the right to terminate the hire if noise levels are deemed inappropriate.

 

9. Health & Safety

• The Hirer is responsible for the safety of all persons attending during the hire period.

• All equipment brought into the Studio must be safe and in good working order.

• Fire exits must remain clear at all times.

 

10. Insurance & Liability

• The Hirer is responsible for their own insurance, including public liability and equipment insurance.

• FP Photography accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property brought into the Studio.

 

11. Access & Supervision

FP Photography reserves the right to access the Studio at any time during the hire period if required.

 

12. Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted without prior written consent:

• Use of hazardous materials, or open flames

• Any illegal activity

• Anything that may cause damage to the Studio or surrounding property

 

13. CCTV Monitoring

• CCTV is in operation on the premises for security and safety purposes.

• By entering the Studio, the Hirer and all attendees consent to being recorded.

• CCTV equipment must not be tampered with, obstructed, covered, or interfered with in any way.

• Any interference with CCTV equipment may result in immediate termination of the hire without refund and potential further action.

 

14. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period (define as needed).

• FP Photography reserves the right to cancel bookings under unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

 

15. Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate termination of the hire without refund.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
